Paneolio - Gentle Taste

Paneolio is our staple product that is suited to all cooking. It is a gentle rustic oil that comes from fully ripened olives. It is easy on the palate and its culinary versatility makes it a perfect introductory product for chefs and consumers alike.

Like the rest of the Grappolini range, Paneolio is appreciated for its purity of flavour, performance in the kitchen and gentle but deep flavour. It is produced from fully ripe olives that are harvested between mid-November up till the end of December. It has a greeny-golden colour and a medium consistency. Its gentle taste, adaptability & good price makes it an essential 'tool' for all kitchens.

It is available in 4 sizes : 1ltr, 750ml, 500ml & 250ml

 

Il Gentile - Gentle Taste

Il Gentile is an elegant, gentle oil that is perfectly suited to delicate foods such as fish, shellfish, white meats, fruit salads, biscuits and cakes.

Its graceful character highlights, rather than overpowers, the ingredients of any dish bringing out their natural flavours.
Il Gentile comes from fully ripened olives that are harvested from mid-December up till beginning of January.

Its colour is greeny-golden and its taste very gentle.

It is available in 750ml & 500ml bottles.

 

Ampolla - Harmonic Taste

Ampolla is the noble oil within our range. Its delicate and well rounded flavour makes it ideal for special dishes such as tuna carpaccio, sea bass, egg dishes, vegetables and fruit cakes.

Ampolla comes from olives that are not fully ripe and are harvested from the end of November up till mid-December. Its colour is deep green with golden reflections and its consistency round and smooth. Its aromas are slightly sweet.

It is available in 750ml bottles.

 

 

Florens - Fruity Taste

Florens is a perfect, robust Tuscan extra virgin. It has a powerful yet distinctive character with fragrant and rich flavours. Its richness is suited to hearty foods such as risotto, pasta aglio olio, florentine crostini, rosemary bread and chocolate. It is also best enjoyed simply poured onto fresh farmer's bread.

Florens comes from the first olive harvest that takes place in the first 15 days of November. Its colour is an intense dark green, its flavour extremely fruity and very full-bodied.

It is available in 500ml & 750ml bottles.

 

Organic - Harmonic Taste

Grapplolini's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from olives that are harvested mid-November to mid-December making it harmonic, perfectly-balanced oil.

It is extremly pure in flavour and is suited to particular dishes that require a rounded, smooth oil such as sauces, soups, cheese dishes and cakes.

It is greeny in colour with golden reflections and has sweet almond aromas.

It is available in 500ml bottles.

 

Felicita - Fruity Taste

Felicita is Grappolini's celebration oil. It is produced in limited quantities after the very first harvest in the first 10 days of November. The oil celebrates and gives thanks for the harvest and is pungent and rich with an outstanding flavour. It is very green in colour and should be enjoyed immediately on bread, in pasta dishes, risottos, meat dishes and with fresh vegetables.

Its consistency is very full and rounded and its aromas are of fresh olives & artichokes.

It is available in 500ml & 750ml bottles once a year in November. Orders must be 'prebooked' by mid-October for shipping mid November.

 

Grande - Fine Balsamic Vinegar

Grande is made from the finest grapes that are hand picked at first light, pressed and stored in small barrels of oak and chestnut. Here Grande is left to age until it achieves its full bodied consistency and harmonic flavour.

Grande's powerful essences are used in some of the finest Modenese recipes such as marinated duck fillets, stuffed zucchini flowers and risotto alla parmigiana. Just a dash of this balsamic vineger added to a salad, wild strawberries or piece of simple grana padano creates the most exquisite flavuors.
