| Ingredients -

Method |
320g beef cut into thin
slices
80g flaked grana padano
The juice of ½ a lemon
Extra virgin olive oil from the first pressing
Salt and freshly ground pepper |

Arrange
the pieces of meat in a serving plate. Mix lemon, olive oil
salt and pepper to an emulsion. Dress the meat with the oil
mixture and sprinkle cheese over the dish. |

Leave to
marinate for a further 20 minutes and serve. |
