chicken wings
Ingredients - Serves 2 Method
12 chicken wings
6 tbsp honey
6 tbsp dark soy sauce
Sesame seeds
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp Grappolini Paneolio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Heat a pan and add the extra virgin olive oil. Fry the chicken wings until lightly browned. Place on a dish and drizzle over the honey and soy sauce. Add the sesame seeds and season. Place in a preheated oven at 220C for about 28 minutes. Serve at once.
Note that the chicken wings will become dark brown because of the honey. You can add some water to the bottom of the dish so that the sauce will not burn. This dish may also be served as party finger food.
