grilled calamari
Ingredients - Serves 2 Method
6 calamari
1 lemon, cut into wedges
salt and freshly ground pepper
50ml Grappolini Paneolio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Clean the calamari. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and extra virgin olive oil and put on a grill for 1 or 2 minutes on each side.
Serve with lemon wedges and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Be careful not to pierce the ink bag when cleaning the calamari. Save it in a small glass covered with extra virgin olive oil to use later for sugo nero.
