| Ingredients -

Method |
6 calamari
1 lemon, cut into wedges
salt and freshly ground pepper
50ml Grappolini Paneolio Extra Virgin Olive Oil |

Clean the
calamari. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and extra
virgin olive oil and put on a grill for 1 or 2 minutes on each
side.

Serve with
lemon wedges and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. |

| Be careful not to pierce the ink bag when
cleaning the calamari. Save it in a small glass covered
with extra virgin olive oil to use later for sugo nero. |
