| Ingredients -
Serves 4 |

Method |
600g Dentici fillets,
cleaned
a handful fresh basil leaves
extra virgin olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper |

Heat 2 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and fry the fish fillets,
skin side down for about 4 minutes. Turn over and season with
salt and freshly ground pepper. |

Fry for
a further 4 minutes or until slightly golden. |

| Serve at once garnished with some basil
leaves and accompanied by a tomato and green bean salad. |
