Method |
1 Grilled fish steak
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
21 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
salt
cayenne pepper |

Whisk
all the ingredients together, cover and refrigerate until
ready to be used.

Meanwhile
grill the fish. When the fish is ready pour the dressing over
the fish and serve immediately. |
