| Ingredients -
Serves 4 |

Method |
400g carrots
1 potato
1 white onion
Thyme
Marjoram
1 litre vegetable stock
Freshly ground black pepper

Slice or roughly chop the carrots, potato and onion and put
in a large pot.
Add some thyme and majoram and warm vegetable stock and mix
well. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

Allow to
cool slightly and then whiz in a blender until liquidized. Serve
warm with a grinding of black pepper. |
